INFORMAL SHIRTS (New and Current Members) The Houston Tidelanders currently have three (3) different types of shirts in our informal costume wardrobe. All members of the chorus are required to purchase these informal shirts which are to be worn at or prior to certain performances when instructed by chorus management. In addition, these shirts can be worn at the member's own discretion for other non-Tidelander activities as a promotion of the Houston Tidelanders Barbershop Chorus. The informal shirts available are as follows and may be obtained or ordered from the Informal Costume Coordinator, John Watkins, at most rehearsals. The cost of the black short sleeved shirts is $34 each per shirt for the shirt plus shipping plus logos embroidered and the cost of the long sleeved shirts is $25 each (subject to increase when costs increase in the future). Payment may be made either in cash or by check made out to the "Houston Tidelanders":
HOUSTON TIDELANDER GARMENT BAGS (New and Current Members) The Houston Tidelanders currently have garment bags available for sale to chorus members. It comes in four different versions as outlined below and may be ordered from the Informal Costume Coordinator, John Watkins, at most rehearsals. Tidelander Yahoo Groups Information The Yahoogroups provides us a service to maintain an e-mail distribution list of all active Tidelanders. We can also post files that are of use to all members, such as rosters, show flyers, contest information, attendance history, etc. Membership in the Tidelanders Yahoogroup is limited to current Tidelander members. Only Tidelanders who are already on the list may send e-mail messages to the list, and your e-mail address not visible to anyone else on the list. You may have as many different e-mail addresses on the list as you wish. Messages sent to the Tidelanders must be about official chorus business only. To get your e-mail address(es) added to the list, or to change an address that's already on it, contact Pete Hasbrook. Contact him in person at rehearsal, or by e-mail at petehasbrook@pdq.net. As soon as your e-mail address is on the list, you'll start receiving Tidelander e-mails that start with "[tides]" in the subject. To visit our group, you will have to set up a Yahoo account. In the process, you will need to MAKE UP a member ID and a password. The member ID can be anything, like your name; it does not have to be anything like your e-mail address. You will need to make up a password and remember it; this password is not the same as the one you just used to access this page. Once you have set up your Yahoo account, the following links will be useful: Main page: Previous e-mail posts: Files:
